Welcome to Wolfer Sports. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wolfersports.com and purchases of cricket equipment, apparel, teamwear and related products through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. About Wolfer Sports
Wolfer Sports is a retailer of cricket equipment, including cricket bats, jerseys, gloves, protective gear, bags, accessories, custom-made cricket bats and custom teamwear.

We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Eligibility & Website Use
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You will provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.
- You will use the website only for lawful purposes and will not attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse or interfere with the website, its security or other users.
3. Product Descriptions & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability details on our website are accurate. However, occasional errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur.
- Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.
- Cricket bats are natural willow products and may vary in grain pattern, shade, profile, pickup and appearance.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered product.
- We may correct errors, update information, change product details or withdraw products at any time, including after an order has been placed where reasonably necessary.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer a suitable alternative, a revised delivery estimate or a refund.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch of your order, unless we notify you otherwise.
We may cancel, refuse or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- The product is unavailable or incorrectly priced.
- Payment cannot be authorised or verified.
- Order, delivery or customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, resale activity or a breach of these Terms.
- An order quantity exceeds available stock or reasonable purchase limits.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to correction of genuine errors.
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets and other payment methods made available by our payment providers.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. Wolfer Sports does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems.
- Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Wolfer Sports ships worldwide using third-party logistics and delivery partners. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, carrier service, customs processing and local conditions.
- In-stock products are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after quality checks and packing.
- Custom-made products are generally dispatched within 15 days.
- Free shipping may be available on eligible orders delivered within India and the UK.
- Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs clearance or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other destination-country charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because duties, taxes or applicable delivery charges were not paid, we may deduct any reasonable return-shipping, handling or other costs from a refund where permitted by law.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Eligible, unused standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused and returned in original condition, with original tags, packaging and included accessories.
- For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- For faulty, incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed items, Wolfer Sports will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our Replacement Policy.
- Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions.
9. Custom-Made Products
Wolfer Sports offers custom-made cricket bats and custom jerseys and teamwear made to your selected specifications.
9.1 Customisation Options
Custom cricket bats may include:
- Bat weight, profile, handle shape, handle length and grip choice.
- Engraving, player name engraving or other selected personalisation.
Custom jerseys and teamwear may include:
- Names, numbers, colours, designs, logos and team branding.
- Custom jersey or teamwear orders may be subject to a minimum order quantity of 12 units where stated on the relevant product page or quotation.
9.2 Approval & Production
- Custom specifications, artwork and design details must be confirmed before production begins.
- Where relevant, jersey design mockups may be shared for customer approval.
- Production begins after required specifications and approvals are received.
- Custom-made products are generally dispatched within 15 days, although timing may vary based on order complexity, material availability, quantity and required approvals.
9.3 Natural Material Variations
Cricket bats are made from natural willow and may vary in grain pattern, colour tone, profile, pickup and visual appearance. A reasonable weight tolerance may apply to custom bats because of the natural characteristics of willow and manufacturing processes.
9.4 Cancellations, Returns & Faults
- Custom-made or clearly personalised products may not be cancelled for a change of mind once production has started.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.
- If a custom product is faulty, incorrect, damaged in transit or materially different from the approved specification, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
- Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, numbers, artwork and other supplied details before approving a custom order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved details unless the delivered product differs from the approved version.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, product designs, images, graphics, videos, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Wolfer Sports and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display or commercially use our content without prior written permission from Wolfer Sports.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wolfer Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not affect your rights where products are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected product or order.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, operations, legal obligations or business practices. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
