Custom Jerseys and Team Kits

Minimum order quantity for custom jerseys or team kits is 12 units.

9.2 Design and Specification Approval

For custom orders:

  • Specifications are confirmed before production begins.
  • Jersey design mockups are shared for approval.
  • Production begins only after customer approval.

9.3 Production Time

Custom products are handcrafted and made to order.

Estimated production time may take up to 21 days, although we strive to dispatch within 10 days whenever possible.

9.4 Natural Material Variations

Cricket bats are made from natural willow and may show variations in grain pattern, color tone, and pickup.

Weight tolerance of 10–20 grams from the requested weight is considered acceptable.

9.5 Order Cancellation

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Because these items are manufactured according to customer specifications, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after confirmation.

9.6 Returns and Exchanges for Custom Products

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges may be considered only if:

  • The product received differs from the ordered specifications
  • A verified manufacturing defect is present

9.7 Engraving Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling and details submitted for engraving or jersey printing.

Wolfer Sports is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

9.8 Shipping Damage

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must notify Wolfer Sports within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
