We stand behind the quality of our cricket gear. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer straightforward replacement support.

Eligible for Replacement

  • Received the wrong item.
  • Product was damaged or defective on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours).
  • Exchange required for another size or variant (if eligible and unused).

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Custom gear is non-replaceable unless found defective.
  • Damage reported after 48 hours will not be eligible.

  • Attach supporting photos or videos of the defect or damage.
  • Approved replacements are shipped free of cost for defective cases, subject to stock availability.
