We stand behind the quality of our cricket gear. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer straightforward replacement support.
Eligible for Replacement
- Received the wrong item.
- Product was damaged or defective on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours).
- Exchange required for another size or variant (if eligible and unused).
Conditions
- Item must be unused and returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Custom gear is non-replaceable unless found defective.
- Damage reported after 48 hours will not be eligible.

- Attach supporting photos or videos of the defect or damage.
