Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and hassle-free for all purchases related to cricket equipment and teamwear.

Eligibility

  • Cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Refunds are issued either as store credit (default) or to the original payment method, where applicable.

Refunds Are Not Applicable If

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The item was purchased using store credit.
  • The product is customized or part of a final sale.
  • The product has been used or packaging is incomplete / damaged.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at care@wolfersports.com with your order number and reason for refund.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
